David Charles Dickerson, born 1973, charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a felony, July 17, 2012, by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, determinate, seven years in prison indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $500 fine, $516.40 restitution, and $280.50 court costs.

 

Kenny Thomas McGuire, born 1984, charged with fraudulent possession of a financial transaction card, a felony, September 19, 2012, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to three years prison, determinate, five years prison, indeterminate, jurisdiction retained, $5,276.87 restitution and $240.50 court costs. Charged with possession of stolen property, a felony, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, determinate, jurisdiction retained, six years indeterminate, $5,276.87 restitution and $240.50 court costs.

 

Allen D. Reed, born 1954, charged with trafficking marijuana, a felony, October 8, 2012, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to possession of more than three ounces of marijuana, also a felony, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, two years prison, determinate, five years prison, indeterminate, $100 restitution, $1,000 fine and $360.50 court costs.

Smith, born 1976, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance March 19, 2012, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to possession of a simulated controlled substance, a misdemeanor, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 suspended, $312.50 fine, $200 suspended, and two years probation.

 

Tyler Bowlby-Brooks, born 1996, charged with minor in possession of an E-cigarette January 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and levied $152.50 court costs.

 

Julie L. Jenkins, born 1962, charged with invalid drivers license February 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $154.50 court costs.

 

Kenneth C. Abey, born 1988, charged with exceeding allowable gross load February 25 bat the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $188 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Pavel Kopets, born 1970, charged with operating without a trip permit March 18 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Christopher B. Wilson, born 1980, charged with misdemeanor battery April 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 55 days suspended, $437.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Miguel A. Vazquez-Estrada, born 1995, charged with misdemeanor battery September 26, 2012, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 suspended, $85 court costs and one year probation.
