Kenny Thomas McGuire, born 1984, charged with fraudulent possession of a financial transaction card, a felony, September 19, 2012, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to three years prison, determinate, five years prison, indeterminate, jurisdiction retained, $5,276.87 restitution and $240.50 court costs. Reed, born 1954, charged with trafficking marijuana, a felony, October 8, 2012, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to possession of more than three ounces of marijuana, also a felony, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, two years prison, determinate, five years prison, indeterminate, $100 restitution, $1,000 fine and $360.50 court costs.
