December 11, 2013
The Lady Badgers played their first home game of the season Tuesday and scored their first win of the season as well, defeating the Libby Loggers 36-29.

The Badgers trailed 5-11 in the first quarter, then began closing the gap, going into the locker room at halftime down by three, 17-20.

The Badgers held Libby to a single point in the third quarter and outscored the Loggers 20-9 to claim the win.

Kaley Piatz led the Badgers with nine points and eight rebounds, and in a game that saw 39 fouls, Badger Coach Chris Chatburn saw great contributions off the bench from Kayleigh Morgan, Aaliyah Zarate and Regan Byers.

Game high scorer was Libby's Devon Gallagher, who put up over half her team's total with 15 points.

The Lady Badgers next face Newport at home at 3 p.m. Saturday.
