Mrs. Amber Weymer has taught in Boundary School
District for four years as a fifth grade teacher
at Valley View Elementary School. She is an
integral part of the fifth grade team, the
Leadership Committee, and
 Valley View as a
whole. It is apparent that Mrs. Weymer is
someone who has a heart for our students, the
school, and our wonderful community.
The staff at Valley View appreciates Mrs.
Weymer’s thoughtfulness, encouragement of those
around her, and the way in which she challenges
her students. She is a great team player who
teaches with excellence and proactively
communicates with parents and students alike.
When students were asked what they loved most
about Mrs. Weymer, they stated “She is funny and
does a great job at making school work
enjoyable.” Other students stated that “she
helps us understand the assignments and is also
very patient.”
Mrs. Weymer has a husband, a 4 year old son, and
a 2 year old daughter that call Bonners Ferry
home. On her free time she finds pleasure
playing volleyball, being outdoors, and spending
time with family.
BCSD 101 is very lucky to have Mrs. Weymer
within our district educating and supporting our
students.
