 This
month, Boundary County School District 101
highlights Mr. Cal Bateman as the District
Classified Employee of the Month for December
2015! Cal is in his
4th year with BCSD. For three years he served at
a grassroots level, driving school bus. For one
year now, he has served the district as Revenue
Clerk and Assistant to the Business Manager.
Cal is a Bonners Ferry High School graduate of
the class of 1991. He attended Utah Valley State
College in Orem, Utah. Currently, Cal is
enrolled in Western Governor’s University, as he
pursues an Accounting Degree.
The role Cal plays in the District Office is
critical; the way he performs these duties are
in a calm and steady manner. Cal has both common
sense and a sense of humor; he has become one of
his colleagues favorite memberw of the District
Office Team.
First and foremost, Cal is a family man. He and
his wife Melissa have six children. The children
are actively involved in school and Church of
Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints
activities. Cal is currently coaching the BFHS
Boys' Junior Varsity Basketball Team. He enjoys
the competition and time with the students.
