Jean Clara Piper of Bonners Ferry passed away at
her home on October 11, 2015. Services to be
Announced at at later time.
Preceded in death by husband Robert J Piper,
survived by siblings Paul Poirier of Los
Angeles, California, Lorraine Kennard of Palm
Springs, California, sons Dan Beggerly of
Bonners Ferry, Don Beggerly of Reno, Nevada, Ron
Hays of Newport Washington, 11 grandchildren, 19
great grandchildren, and 3 great-great
grandchildren.
Jean enjoyed being active in the Koinonia Hearts
to Hands group for the past seven years and
loved going to Under the Sun with friends for
her coffee group. Jean loved the Lord and
enjoyed attending fellowship at the Nazarene
Church in Bonners Ferry. She looked forward to
her Wednesday night card games at home with
friends and spent many hours in her garden. Most
of all Jean enjoyed spending time with all her
grandchildren that made her happy.
Jean was born in San Diego, California on March
3, 1930 and was a fourth generation San Diegan.
Her great grandfather was Augustin Vicente
Zamorano, one of the founding original members
of San Diego and was famous for bringing the
first printing press west of the Mississippi. He
was also the first governor of California.
Her generosity, compassion and always Smiling
face will be missed by all of us. |
