Donel Rae Stippich, 45, passed away June 16,
2014 at Kootenai Health in Coeur
d’ Alene, Idaho. Funeral Services will be held
on Saturday, June 21, at 2:30 pm in the Becker
Auditorium at Bonners Ferry High School, with
private interment following in Grandview
Cemetery, Bonners Ferry.
She was born in Bonners Ferry on July 11, 1968
to Jackie Sue and Eldon Moline. Donel attended
school in Bonners Ferry for her younger years,
then moved to Wisconsin after her father’s
passing in 1974. Donel returned to Bonners Ferry
to finish middle school and high school. During
high school she met Jim Stippich Jr., who would
later become her husband. Jim and Donel were
married December 3, 1988. They raised three
beautiful girls together in the home that Jim
grew up in.
Donel worked at the Kootenai River Inn and at
Sims, but is most well known for her career as a
preschool teacher. She worked a rewarding
fifteen years from her school at home and was
adored dearly by each and every one of her
students. Donel also found a career in her most
favorite hobby, photography. She took photos for
sporting events, family and senior portraits,
and captured her family’s most cherished
memories.
She is survived by husband Jim Stippich Jr.,
daughters Miryka, Miranda, and Malorie, mother
Jackie Sue Moline, step-father Al Brown, sister
Melinda Moline and her six nieces and nephews.
Donel was preceded in death by father Eldon
Moline and brother Michael. Donel made an impact
in the lives of everyone who knew her. She was a
very kind and giving soul. Heaven has received a
beautiful angel, and she will be missed dearly
by all who knew her. |
