Nash, 55, of Bonners Ferry, Idaho,
peacefully passed away in her hom
e,
Friday, May 9, 2014. She had battled cancer
for the past 4 years.
Lisa was born in Olympia, WA., on November
28th, 1958 to Beverly Jean Klopsch of
Alabama, and Haskell D. Leo, M.D., of
Missouri.
Lisa worked various jobs most of which she
enjoyed, and is well known from New York to
Los Angeles for her promotion, advising, and
supporting several artist and comedians. She
could have been a stand-up comedian as noted
by many.
Her greatest love was helping kids learn to
ride horses. She was a beautiful and
talented rider in both English and Western
disciplines. Upon moving to Boundary County,
her lifetime dream of raising and owning
quality Paint Horses came true. She searched
and purchased the stallion, Zippo Three
Socks, and loved raising his many foals.
She was a loving mother, wife and friend to
many. She never met a stranger and could
talk and entertain you for hours.
She is survived by her loving daughter
Mackenzie Leo Nash and her husband Jim Nash
of Boundary County, one sister Carla
McCreight and husband Will McCreight, M.D.,
of Portland, Oregon, and brother David Leo
of Bellingham, Washington, two nieces
Mercedes McCreight, of Portland, and Kayla
Ibarra, of Los Angeles, CA and a host of
cousins and beloved friends. She was
preceded in death by her parents.
