April 14, 2015
by Michael Meier
Boundary County Information Officer

On Saturday night, at about 9:10 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle striking a residence. The driver, 19 year old Kurt Webb of Moyie Springs, was traveling on Old Highway 2 Loop when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a residence. There were no injuries to the occupants of the residence.

A deputy responded to the scene and determined that Webb was been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. Webb was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

After Webb was treated and released from the hospital, he was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor. He was booked at the Boundary County Jail where he later posted a $500 bond and was released.
