Kramer elected as officer in state rescue
association |

Boundary County Public Information Officer
David Kramer was recently elected as the First
Vice-Commander of Idaho State Search and Rescue
Association (ISSAR) for the 2014-2015 year. The
Idaho State Search and Rescue Association
represents about 33 Search and Rescue groups
throughout Idaho, and has a membership of about
900 Search and Rescue volunteers.
Mr. Kramer has been an active member of Boundary
Search and Dive Rescue Team for almost 30 years.
Mr. Kramer, Brian Zimmerman, Dave Bodner, and
Cliff Kramer were co-founders of the first Dive
Rescue Team in Boundary County. The Dive Rescue
Team later merged with Boundary Search and
Rescue to become Boundary Search and Dive Rescue
Team.
Mr. Kramer said that Boundary County is very
fortunate to have the volunteers that dedicate
their time as members of Boundary Search and
Dive Rescue Team. They are a very dedicated
group that our community should be proud of. The
State Association helps support the local Search
and Rescue Groups through training and
networking.
