Tiffany M. Peters, born 1979, charged with petit theft January 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 45 days in jail, $47.50 fine, $2.64 restitution and $152.50 court costs.

 

Donna E. Champagne, born 1959, charged with resisting or obstructing officers January 8 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to assault, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Michael J. Staudt, born 1981, charged with driving without privileges January 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Celia J. Orr, born 1955, charged with driving without privileges January 25 by the Idaho State Police, amended to invalid license, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

William R. Dixon, born 1986, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana January 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 15 days in jail, a $107.50 fine and $192.50 court costs. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 15 days in jail and a $300 fine.

 

Jamie S. Anderson, born 1983, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance February 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to frequenting place where controlled substances are used, pled guilty and sentenced to ten days in jail, eight days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $47.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jennifer M. Cook, born 1981, charged with domestic battery February 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Bryson E. Hart, born 1997, charged with use of tobacco or e-cigarette by a minor March 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $97.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Robert D. Shortreed, born 1962, charged with logbook violation April 11 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Glen R. Roelofs, born 1949, charged with unsafe operation by motor carrier April 13 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $155.50 court costs.
