Daniel Joseph Bradley, born 1977, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance December 29 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison determinate, three years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $500 fine, $200 restitution and $580.50 court costs.

Kirt A. Henslee, born 1973, charged with driving without privileges February 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to no valid license, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $68.50 fine, $152.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Daniel C. Sherwood, born 1959, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance March 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, $107.50 fine and $192.50 court costs. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 20 days in jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $132.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Neil E. Blakney, born 1953, charged with commercial driver possessing alcohol March 15 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with false logbook, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Tona R. Yates, born 1998, charged with possession of e-cigarette March 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $97.50, suspended, six months probation and $125 court costs.

 

William R. Dixon, born 1986, charged with driving without privileges March 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail and a 180 day drivers license suspension.

 

William D. Shults, born 1998, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana November 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to two days detention, $100 restitution, $70 court costs and one year probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, admitted true and sentenced to $100 restitution and one year probation. Charged with curfew violation, admitted true and sentenced to $100 restitution and one year probation.
