Danny Chung-Lun Liu, born 1962, charged with possession of a controlled substance February 19 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

Alex K. Pinson, born 1995, charged with possession of paraphernalia March 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

William R. Dixon, born 1986, charged with driving without privileges April 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $122.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation.
