Darlene K. Shelton, born 1957, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance June 15 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, 30 days in jail, $300 fine, $350 restitution, $580.50 court costs and three years probation; charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, $300 fine, suspended, $350 restitution and two years probation; charged with DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $250 suspended, $350 restitution and $207.50 court costs.

 

Eric C. Howard, born 1983, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance July 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, two years indeterminate, prison suspended and jurisdiction retained, $300 fine, $100 restitution and $580.50 court costs. Charged with DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $302.50 fine, $250 suspended, $100 restitution and $197.50 court costs.

Andrew J. Barcklay, born 1986, charged with DUI November 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $232.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Martin A. Dippolito, born 1989, charged November 9 with no appropriate tag by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, one year hunting license suspension, $130 fine, $170 court costs and one year probation.

 

Kevin Randall Poulton, born 1982, charged with driving without privileges December 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Skyler J. Mellott, born 1998, charged with burglary, a felony, October 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, held in abeyance until released from Idaho Juvenile Corrections, $357 restitution and $70 court costs. Charged with petit theft, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, held in abeyance, and $357 restitution.

 

O’Shawnasee M. Ryan, born 1997, charged with restricted hours for minors (curfew violation), admitted true and fined $100.

8:41 a.m.: A warrant arrest was made at Boundary Community Hospital on a charge of failure to appear.

11:55 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at 6209 Florida Street.

12:03 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 95 near milepost 507.

10:04 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported in Highway 95 near milepost 503.
