Children's book drive on

The Community Children's Book Drive is now
underway through the month of February in
celebration of Read Across America Week, and
organizers are asking folks to "think books"
next time you go to the grocery store.
Collection boxes are located at each Bonners
Ferry grocery; Akin's Harvest Foods, Safeway,
Super 1 Foods and Yoders, where gently used
children's books can be dropped off.
On March 3, a book exchange will be held at
Valley View Elementary, putting your old books
into new and eager young hands.
