Dylan P. Cox, born 1991, charged with petit theft October 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, $147.50 fine and $152.50 court costs.

 

Samuel C. Martin, born 1965, charged with operating without a trip permit November 3 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $154.50 court costs.

 

Anthony D. Brown, born 1950, charged with unlawful taking of game animal December 16 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jai, two year hunting license suspension, $830 fine, $500 suspended, $170 court costs and two years probation.

 

AdrianVan Liere, born 1980, charged with operating with undeployed suspension axle December 17 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $150 and $3 court costs. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load, an infraction, pled guilty and fined $25 and $56.50 court costs.

 

Ryszard Pajak, born 1956, charged with failure to wear seatbelt while operating a commercial vehicle December 20 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $155.50 court costs.
