Qualls, born 1983, charged with willful concealment of goods November 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Renae A. Cooper,, born 1978, , charged with willful concealment of goods November 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Chase W. Brown, born 1997, charged with minor in possession of tobacco or e-cigarette December 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, converted to 16 hours community service, $100 fine and $29.60 court costs. Charged with minor in possession of alcohol, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $17.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.

 

Lee E. Unruh, born 1983, charged with failure to stop at check station December 5 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $118.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

James M. Holman, born 1966, charged with driving without privileges December 8 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 19 days suspended, $122.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jonathan H. Derjik, born 1983, charged with vehicle over width December 10 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $118.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

William Kyle Nelson, born 1977, charged with violating conditions of trip permit December 10 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with failure to register vehicle annually, pled guilty and fined $300 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Joseph R. Orton, born 1990, charged with unlawful entry December 14 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 56 days suspended, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.
