Beth Butters honored

December 18, 2013
By Principal Jim Nash
Mt. Hall Elementary

Beth Butters has been selected as the Boundary County School District Classified Employee of the Month for November.

It is a deserved award for this wonderful lady that goes way beyond expectations and gives her all to the students, parents, district and staff here at Mount Hall Elementary.

Throughout the day, Mrs. Butters’ positive and supportive attitude shines through in whatever task that is at hand.

And speaking to at hand, as anyone who ever watches what a school secretary does during the course of the day will attest, it seems she has more than two!

She takes care of our school, communicates with our parents, fixes ouches, and makes sure kids are properly dressed, makes sure kids get on the right bus, gets staff messages and assignments, balances the books, creates purchase orders, fixes the machinery, translates Spanish, and keeps the principal on task ... that is asking a lot!

She does all this and provides assistance to our district’s Migrant and Limited English Proficient students as she coordinates the program for us.

She is truly an incredible person who is on a mission to take care of us all.

THANK YOU BETH BUTTERS!!!
