Ashley Rockwell, born 1993, charged with felony probation violation October 25, pled guilty and sentenced to 37 days in jail and $250 restitution.

Kenneth Leigh Eliassen, born 1967, charged with DUI, second offense, April 6 by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI, third offense, a felony, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, $1,000 fine, one year drivers license suspension, $365.50 court costs and three years probation.

Price, born 1992, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a felony, July 28, 2012, by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $412.50 fine, $187.50 court costs, $100 restitution and one year probation.

Gabriel J. Dippolito, born 1993, charged with failure to tag game November 9 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $200 and $160 court costs.

William G. Shults, born 1998, charged with possession of tobacco or e-cigarette by a minor November 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $47.50 and $152.50 court costs.
