Lockdown drill at BCMS coming

Students in need? We have a collection of
hygiene items for those students who are in need
of them. The efforts of the Coalition for
Children and Families Phoenix Project will be
providing these items via our school.
If you are in need of such items, or know of
others who are in need, please contact a
teacher, principal, or counselor at BCMS to
access these items.
Lockdown drill to occur this month! In light of
recent events around the country and to be
better prepared for such an event, we will
practice a lockdown drill this month. Teachers
are going over procedures with students during
this first week of November in preparation for
the event. We plan to have a similar drill this
spring.
We'll have a bake sale on November 21st to raise
funds for a curtain for our new old stage.
ACT testing for eighth graders will be on
January 15. This is part of the Gear Up Program.
Ski dates are set. Please see schedule below.
Common Core testing coming this spring. All
Middle School students will be tested with the
new tests.
