Cofer, born 1967, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana July 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to frequenting a place where marijuana is used, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine. $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Sonja Marie Adams, born 1985, charged with domestic battery August 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, $290 fine, $187.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Joshua R. Cleve, born 1994, charged with willful concealment of goods September 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 45 days in jail, $147.50 fine and $152.50 court costs.

 

Christopher L. Gaudenzie, born 1984, charged with driving without privileges September 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jan D. Vander Kolk, born 1959, charged with operating without a trip permit November 4 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with false logbook, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs.
