Kolten Robert James Koppa, 27, and Jenna Shea Erickson, 29, both of Coeur d’Alene, married by Minister Robert Albing October 26 in Bonners Ferry.

 

Frederick Charles Farrington, 67, and Ann Millard Gilpin, 54, both of Bonners Ferry, married by Minister Cynthia James November 2 in Bonners Ferry.

William Richard Bartlett, born 1984, charged with aggravated battery, a felony, July 18, 2012, by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to three years prison, determinate, 15 years indeterminate, with credit for 488 days served, prison commuted, $80 court costs and five years probation. Charged with felony malicious injury to property, amended to a misdemeanor, pled guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for 365 days served.

 

Lukes Allen Marble, born 1979, charged with domestic battery in the presence of a child July 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to domestic violence without traumatic injury, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 120 days suspended, $557.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

Christopher M. Stone, born 1976, charged with driving without privileges October 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Kayleigh M. Morgan, born 1998, charged with drivers license violation October 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $97.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Carroll C. McKay, born 1957, charged with exceeding allowable gross load October 21 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $671 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Tylan Devon Stuber Fairchild, born 1997, charged with minor in possession of tobacco or e-cigarette October 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and charged $150 court costs.

 

Cameron L. Fitch, born 1995, charged with exceeding allowable gross load October 29 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $242 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with exceeding highway load limit, pled guilty and fined $10.

 

Charlet A. Banks, born 1995, charged withy possession of paraphernalia July 25 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, admitted true and sentenced to informal adjustment, $70 court costs and one year probation.
