Tate A. Thiel, born 1977, charged with DUI, second offense, July 20 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office,. Amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $232.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Brianna S. Fields, born 1982, charged with driving without privileges September 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to driving without privileges, third or subsequent offense, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, to be served in Ada County. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to ten days in jail, to be served in Ada County.

 

Jon M. Ratcliff, born 1985, charged with petit theft September 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Cecil W. Robinson, born 1943, charged with operating without a trip permit October 1 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $154.50 court costs. Charged with false log book, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Bradley C. Barton, born 1985, charged with vehicle over width October 8 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $118.50 and $152.50 court costs.

12:02 p.m.: Harassment was reported at 6686 Augusta Street.

5:04 p.m.: A theft was reported at 6715 Buchanan Street.

9:38 p.m.: A traffic stop on Highway 95 at Riverside Street resulted in an arrest for DUI.
