Marriages

 

Joshua David Karty, 25, and Lynn Fawn VanDyken, 22, both of Williston, North Dakota, married by Minister Garrett Graupner October 12 in Bonners Ferry.

 

Travis William Taylor, 37, and Kayla Chrystine Floyd, 24, both of Kalispell, Montana, married by Minister Cynthia James October 11 in Bonners Ferry.

Koehler, born 1992, charged with DUI, second offense, June 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guily and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 171 days suspend4ed, 180 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $232.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with driving without privileges, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $300.

 

Chrisy K. Finley, born 1973, charged with DUI July 21 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $232.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Tawnya Jackson, born 1978, charged with petit theft July 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Kathleen V. Cassidy, born 1955, charged with DUI August 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 days suspended, $300 fine, $152.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Joseph Aloysius Duginske, born 1951, charged with theft August 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $147.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Carol K. Madrid, born 1964, charged with DUI August 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Ryan M. Hoban, born 1997, charged with grand theft August 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to petit theft, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended, $20 restitution, $85 court costs and two years probation.

 

David E. Magee, born 1995, , charged with grand theft August 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to petit theft, admitted true and sentenced to informal adjustment, 90 days detention, suspended, $20 restitution, $85 court costs and two years probation.
