David Eugene Youderian, 57, and Cynthia Allyce Lindsey, 42, both of Bonners Ferry, married by Minister Donald Knapp October 3 in Coeur d’Alene.

John M. Barber, born 1977, charged with felony possession of marijuana May 29, 2012 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, found guilty and sentenced one year in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, sentence commuted, $500 fine, $100 restitution, $645.50 court costs and three years probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and charged $100 restitution. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and charged $100 restitution.

Chelsea M. Endicott, born 1990, charged with driving without privileges August 14 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended, $37.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

David F. Capilo, born 1967, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance August 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail and a $300 fine. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, a $332.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Stanley Kolakowski, born 1953, charged with driving without privileges August 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $37.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Michelle A. Squires-Dauncey, born 1968, charged with possession of paraphernalia September 6 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

O’Shawnasee M. Ryan, born 1997, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $17.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.

 

Chad L. Fox, born 1976, charged with using a radar detector while operating a commercial vehicle September 20 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $155.50 court costs.
