Miguel A. Vasquez-Estrada, born 1995, charged with driving without privileges July 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Sherralie Majeski, born 1953, charged with false logbook August 6 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Ernest R. Joseph III, born 1980, charged with driving without privileges August 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $200 fine and two years probation.

 

Jeffrey A. Kreiger, born 1995, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor September 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $17.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.

 

Chase Brown, born 1997, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor September 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $17.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.

 

Justin W. Kincaid, born 1992, charged with driving without privileges October 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Brandon C. Jarvis, born 1996, charged with burglary, a felony,  December 1, 2012, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 83 days suspended, $70 court costs and two years probation.
