Mark L. Edwards, born 1963, charged with failure to wear seatbelts in a commercial vehicle August 5 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Daniel J. Zimmerman, born 1982, charged with exceeding allowable gross load August 20 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $349 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Lawrence D. Kelly, born 1951, charged with failure to display hazardous materials placard August 20 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $47.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Alyssa V. Fristen, born 1990, charged with possession of paraphernalia August 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs, $100 restitution and one year probation.

Bruscas, born 1979, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana September 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $100 restitution, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Makenzie C. Eckhart, born 1989, charged with driving without privileges August 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Stanislav Klugman, born 1988, charged with logbook violation September 10 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Brandon W. Dauncey, born 1983, charged with possession of paraphernalia September 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail.

 

Carroll C. McKay, born 1957, charged with exceeding allowable gross load September 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $27 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Lance R. Hammons, born 1974, charged with failure to secure cargo September 10 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.
