William David Callister, born 1993, charged with lewd conduct with a child under 16 June 30, 2011, amended to sexual abuse of a minor under 16, both felonies, pled guilty and sentenced to four years prison, determinate, 10 years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained.

Johnny Ervin Johnson, born 1955, charged with aggravated assault, a felony, January 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, a misdemeanor, pled guilty and sentenced to 120 days in jail, 90 days suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Bret R. Summers, born 1983, charged with DUI, second offense, June 6 by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 56 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 120 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Zachary L. Paulsen, born 1991, charged with drivers license violation June 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Gilbert W. Brandon, born 1950, charged with driving without privileges July 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 45 days in jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $332.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Rachel N. Gravelle, born 1995, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor July 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $67.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.

 

William P. Rennaker Jr., born 1971, charged with failure to obtain oversize load permit August 14 at the Port of Entry, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Justin C.J. Compton, born 1987, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana August 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $197.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Tracy W. Webb, born 1963, charged with exceeding allowable gross load August 21 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $470 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Kevin E Breiling, born 1962, charged with improper stop lamps on a commercial vehicle September 10 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

5:38 p.m.: A theft was reported at 501187 Highway 95.

11:54 p.m.: A warrant arrest was made at 6476 Tamarack Lane on a charge of driving without privileges.
