Lewis L. St. John, born 1948, charged with operating without a trip permit July 1 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with log book violation, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Nafii M. Anbari, born 1965, charged with exceeding allowable gross load July 15 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $161 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Eugene P. Tashoff, born 1960, charged with exceeding allowable gross load August 20 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $41 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Jared L. Peachy, born 1983, charged with exceeding allowable gross load August 21 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $108 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Ronney J. Craig, born 2000, charged with misdemeanor battery June 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to two days detention, treatment, informal adjustment, $70 court costs and two years probation.
