Daniel Alvin Rice, 39, and Rebecca Corine Chaffins, 39, both of Bonners Ferry, married in Coeur d’Alene August 23 by Minister Donald Knapp.

Hines, born 1988, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance May 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with driving without privileges, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $221 fine and one year probation.

 

Brianna S. Fields, born 1982, charged with driving without privileges June 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Aubree L. Wasmer, born 1995, charged with DUI July 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $292.50 fine, $257.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Angelina Kathleen Morgan, born 1992, charged with driving without privileges July 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs, 90 day drivers license suspension and one year probation.

 

Mauricio Sanchez Morales, born 1974, charged with operating without a trip permit July 14 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $155.50 court costs. Charged with failure to maintain logs, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Justin L. Dyck, born 1997, charged with petit theft June 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true, sentenced to informal adjustment, $85 court costs and one year probation.
