Jack David Yeoumans III, born 1970, charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance August 9, 2012, by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to three years prison, determinate, 10 year indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $500 fine, $800 restitution and $580 court costs.

David Leon Ledbetter, born 1984, charged with vicious dog violation April 19 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Tiffany M. Peters, born 1979, charged with DUI May 1 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $282.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Ross Jim Patterson, born 1989, charged with DUI, second offense May 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI. Pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Brandon C. Schmitz, born 1993, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor July 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced t a 180 day drivers license suspension, $1005 fine, $900 suspended, $194.50 court costs and six months probation.

 

Anthony S. Onstott, born 1994, charged with petit theft July 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Robert D. Laidlaw, by 1936, charged with motor carrier in possession of alcohol July 18 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Robertas Sungaila, born 1972, charged with logbook violation July 17 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.
