Charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon dismissed.

 

Timothy Patrick Billingsley, born 1991, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance January 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one to three years in prison, suspended, 60 days in jail, $500 fine, $100 restitution, $660.50 court costs and three years probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $300 fine, $100 restitution and two years probation.

John David Aspitarte, born 1984, charged with driving without privileges May 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jeffrey James Tait, born 1978, charged with driving without privileges May 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $100 fine, $100 restitution, and one year probation.

 

Summer J. Bennett, born 1978, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance June 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24 days suspended, $97.50 fine, $227.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, $200 fine and two years probation.

 

Rick L. McMurtry Jr., born 1992, charged with driving without privileges June 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jackson H. Dargie, born 1994, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor June 30 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $117.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.

 

Daniel D. Hill, born 1994, charged with drivers license violation June 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jacobus Oudhof, born 1968, charged with operating with undeployed suspension axle July 2 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $150 and $3 court costs. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load, pled guilty and fined $671 and $152.50 court costs.
