Fairchild, born 2000, charged with false reporting of explosives in public or private place, a felony, January 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to threat of violence on school grounds, a misdemeanor, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended, informal adjustment, $100 court costs and three years probation.

Steger, born 1988, charged with DUI, second offense, April 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 55 days suspended, 16 hour sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of two days of jail, $642.50 fine, $232.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Debra L. Royet-Fuller, born 1963, charged with driving without privileges April 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 40 days suspended, 40 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with possession of a revoked drivers license, pled guilty, fined $100.

 

Kaylan R. Yount, born 1984, charged with attempting to elude an police officer in a motor vehicle April 28 by the Bopnners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 37 days suspended, $237.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Anne Marie Solt, born 1971, charged with two counts of misdemeanor trespass April 6 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $150 fine and two years probation on each charge.

 

Jason James Moran, born 1970, charged with excessive DUI May 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, second offense, pled guilty and sentenced to 150 days in jail, 140 days suspended, 365 day drivers license suspension, $592.50 fine, $200 suspended, $232.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 20 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $300 fine and two years probation.

 

Richard Jessie Harms, born 1959, charged with DUI May 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Jennifer Jo Ingrum-Rucker, born 1983, charged with driving without privileges May 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $222.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with operating a vehicle without liability insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $200 fine and two years probation. Charged with possession of a revoked license, pled guilty and fined $100.

 

Rafael J. Ramos, born 1950, charged with log book violation May 14 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $43.50and $152.50 court costs.

 

Austin Hawks, born 1995, charged with battery May 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to unlawful act prohibited, pled guilty and fined $243.50 and $56.50 court costs.

 

Dave F. Capilo, born 1967, charged with DUI May 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Kenneth W. Chapman, born 1988, charged with driving without privileges June 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $200 fine and one year probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, eight hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of one day in jail,, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jacob J. Jones, born 1996, charged with minor in possession of alcohol June 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $67.50 fine, and $182.50 court costs.

 

Adrian E. Reader, born 1996, charged with felony burglary February 1 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 121 days suspended, commitment to juvenile corrections, $100 court costs and two years probation.

 

Jacob J. Jones, born 1996, charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance, admitted true and sentenced to tw0 days detention, informal adjustment, $100 court costs and one year probation.
