Heather M. Stevens, born 1989, charged with driving without privileges April 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Krysta R. Swisher, born 1989, charged with driving without privileges April 28 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Joseph M. Black, born 1983, charged with exceeding allowable gross loads May 2 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $336 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Jimmy E. Courtney, born 1956, charged with logbook violation May 16 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Stephen P. Troyer, born 1994, charged with hunting without a license May 18 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $150 and $50 restitution. Charged with exceeding limit of migratory birds, pled guilty, hunting license suspended for one year and fined $150 and $50 restitution. Charged with wasteful destruction of wildlife, pled guilty and fined $150, $50 restitution and $160 court costs.

 

Dawn E. Dawson, born 1974, charged with invalid license June 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Regina D. Sumler, born 1971, charged with driving without privileges June 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Angela M. Woodruff, born 1978, charged with petit theft June 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Curtis C. Tapia, born 1996, charged with misdemeanor battery December 12, 2012, amended to disturbing the peace, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 89 days suspended, $70 court costs and one year probation. Charged with felony possession of a controlled substance April 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 89 days suspended, $100 restitution, $20 court costs and one year probation.

 

Justin D. Navarro, born 1997, charged with malicious injury to property March 23 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, admitted true and sentenced to informal adjustment, $140.32 restitution, $70 court costs and one year probation.

 

Samantha K. Hicks, age not on record, charged with malicious injury to property March 23 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, admitted true and sentenced to informal adjustment, $140.16 restitution, $70 court costs and one year probation.
