Ryan K. Lee, born 1992, charged with possession of paraphernalia June 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Roy C. Martin, born 1940, charged with failure to maintain logs June 6 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with operating without a trip permit, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Cory Steven Eccles, born 1989, charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass June 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 27 days suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.
