Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $297.50 fine, $350 restitution, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Anne Marie Solt, born 1971, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance January 22 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to to two years in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate, prison suspended, 60 days in jail with credit for time served, $300 fine, $100 restitution, $660.50 court costs and five years probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $7.50 fine, $100 restitution, , $192.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Travis Jay Marble, born 1976, charged with felony DUI February 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate, penitentiary suspended, jurisdiction retained, $500 fine and $585.50 court costs. Charged with felony attempting to elude a peace officer February 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one year prison, determinate, three years indeterminate with credit for 95 days served, prison suspended and jurisdiction retained, $500 fine and $540.50 court costs.

Shan G. Jefferson, born 1993, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor April 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $107.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Steven P. Ross, born 1964, charged with unlawfully passing a school bus April 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Kaitlin A. Collett, born 1996, charged with drivers license violation May 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Jatdner Singh Sandhu, born 1981, charged with exceeding allowable gross load May 22 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $67 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Andrea L. Merrifield, born 1992, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 24 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and fined $307.50, $300 suspended, $192.50 court costs and given one year probation.

 

James K. Mong, born 1993, charged with hunting without a license May 18 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $150 and $50 restitution. Charged with exceeding limit, pled guilty and fined $150, $50 restitution and $160 court costs. Charged with shooting across a public highway, pled guilty and fined $100 and $50 restitution.

Charged with exceeding limit, pled guilty and fined $150 and $50 restitution. Charged with wasteful destruction of wildlife, pled guilty and fined $150, $50 restitution, $160 court costs. Hunting license suspended for two years. Charged with exceeding game limit May 18 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $150 and $50 restitution. . Charged with wasteful destruction of wildlife, pled guilty and fined $150, $50 restitution, $160 court costs. Hunting license suspended for two years.
