Jesse R. McEvers, born 1971, charged with driving without privileges February 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Bret Evan Skinner, born 1958, charged with DUI February 18 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 84 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of four days in jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Mortimer Phipps Bacon, born 1962, charged with driving DUI, second offense, February 23 by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of four days in jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $392.50 fine, $100 restitution, $232.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with driving without privileges, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $200 and $100 restitution.

 

Devin R. Radcliff, born 1971, charged with battery February 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

Gillaspy Jr., born 1988, charged with malicious injury to property April 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Raja M. Naib, born 1957, charged with false logbook April 25 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Michael R. Crowe, born 1955, charged with failure to wear seatbelt while operating a commercial vehicle May 3 by the Idao State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Jason R. York, born 1973, charged with pedestrian under the influence May 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, $47.50 fine and $152.50 court costs.

 

Roy L. Long, born 1960, charged with trapping during closed season May 2 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $26 and $163 court costs.

 

Thomas A. Klaus, born 1999, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance March 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 32 hours community service, informal adjustment, $85 court costs and one year probation.
