Rockwell, born 1991, charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a felony, April 15, 2012, by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, suspended, 90 days in jail, $500 fine, $185 restitution, $265.50 court costs and three years probation.

Cramer, born 1971, charged with driving without privileges March 16, 2009, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, $214.50 fine, $85.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with driving without privileges March 15, amended to drivers violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, $147.50 fine, $152.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Paulette T. Yoder, born 1954, charged with DUI, second offense, February 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, $792.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Bradley D. Buerge, born 1953, charged with driving without privileges March 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $97.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Josu A. Sanders, born 1998, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor March 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a $200 fine, $125 suspended, $182.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, admitted true and sentenced to $70 court costs and one year probation.

 

Tyler Bowlby-Brooks, born 1996, charged with burglary, a felony, February 1 by the Bouyndary County Sheriff’s Office, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 122 days suspended, $70 court costs and two years probation.

 

Russell J. Britt III, born 1995, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance January 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 86 days suspended, treatment, $70 court costs and two years probation.

 

Marcus J. Maupin, born 1996, charged with misdemeanor battery September 17, 2012, by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, commitment to juvenile probation, $70 court costs and two years probation.

 

Jacob W. Fletcher, born 2000, charged with two counts of falsely reporting explosives March 18 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 178 days suspended, informal adjustment, $220 restitution, $232 court costs and three years probation.
