City pool gearing up for hot summer

May 6, 2013

The Bonners Ferry municipal swimming pool will open for the summer on Monday, June 10, and you can sign up now for swimming lessons for all ages and abilities. If the early jump to summer is an indication, a lot of folks will be at the pool from day one to beat the heat!

Swimming lesson fees are $25 for city residents and $30 for non city residents, which includes a season pass. Season passes can be purchased at City Hall for $5 for city residents and $10 for non city residents.

A daily charge of $1 per day per person will be charged if a season pass is not purchased.

Swimming lesson sign-ups start today at City Hall.

We will have a Parent and Child Session (Open to any adult with a child six months to three years of age) and a Water Aerobics Session.

The pool is also available for rent for private functions.

The pool is located at the corner of Washington Street and Helena Street. For more information about the pool, please call City Hall at 267-3105.
