Amoth, born 1995, charged with possession of paraphernalia April 3 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced April 15 to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Leroy M. Lacroix, born 1947, charged with operating without a trip permit April 6 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $155.50 court costs April 18.
