Shoshone County crash victim identified

The driver of a Honda Civic that crashed on a
Forest Service road in Shoshone County early
Sunday morning has been positively identified as
a 20-year-old Osburn, Idaho, man.
According to the Idaho State Police, Peter J.
Thrasher died of injuries when he lost control
of the vehicle on a curve while driving east on
Forest Service Road 209 at Bumblebee Road at
about 3:18 a.m. Sunday.
The vehicle tumbled down an embankment, hitting
a boulder and a tree before bursting into
flames. |
