David Eccles, born 1959, charged with aggravated battery, a felony, September 25, by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to misdemeanor battery, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Cassandra M. Spencer, born 1984, charged with inattentive driving November 9 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, and one year probation.

 

Jordan M. Wright, born 1990, charged with driving without privileges January 2 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hour sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with failure to maintain liability insurance, oled guilty and fined $75 and 56.50 court costs.

 

Joseph H. Blattner Jr., born 1933, charged with driving without privileges January 3 by the Idaho State Police, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $47.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Brandon J. Lambright, born 1974, charged with possession of paraphernalia January 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to frequenting a place where drugs are used, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jerry Linden Roop, born 1945, charged with driving without privileges January 16 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $147.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Theressa E. Wilkins, born 1976, charged with DUI January 19 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Brandt P. Wilson, born 1978, charged with possession of paraphernalia January 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $100 restitution, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Rostislav V. Dudchenko, born 1978, charged with log book violation January 31 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $154.50 court costs.

 

Justin D. Heigel, born 1981, charged with domestic assault February 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 55 days suspended, $137.50 fine and $162.50 court costs.

 

Michael A. Schuman, born 1958, charged with drivers license violation February 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Wesley W. Turner, born 1977, charged with exceeding allowable gross load March 5 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $1,154 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Skyler J. Mellott, born 1998, charged with burglary, a felony, February 1 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 147 days suspended, 30 days home confinement, $70 court costs and two years probation.
