Jonothan D. Pedersen, born 1984, charged with failure to notify of accident upon striking fixtures on highway September 22 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, plead guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 86 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $100 fine, $607.85 restitution and two years probation. Charged with failure to maintain liability insurance, second offense, amended to failure to maintain liability insurance, an infraction, pled guilty and fined $75 and $60.50 court costs. Charged with drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $137.50 and $162.50 court costs.

 

Deborah J. Hayes, born 1961, charged with DUI October 14 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90-day drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Layne D. Smith, born 1982, charged with domestic violence without traumatic injury December 8 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Aaron S. Pooley, charged with inattentive driving January 15 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $100 suspended, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Philip Dmitriev, born 1959, charged with unsafe operation by a motor carrier February 23 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.
