Not filing quarterly report violates state law,
again |

To the Editor:
Where is the quarterly financial report for
Moyie Springs?
It is the law that this report be submitted and
published! (Idaho Code 50-1011,
click here to view).
Getting this done seems to be a continuing
problem. Why are charges (misdemeanor) not being
filed?
Now, the former city clerk is re-hired to do a
task that the current city clerk cannot seem to
do.
What am I missing here? Other than a yearly
bonus and pay raise.
