Dale E. Bell, born 1961, charged with DUI, second offense, July 16 by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI. Pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 58 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $792.50 fine, $300 suspended, $100 restitution, $207.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and fined $300 and $100 restitution.

 

Darrell T. Kramer, born 1965, charged with failure to maintain logs December 21 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Christina D. Vest, born 1975, charged with DUI December 29 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with transporting a minor while under the influence, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $200 fine and two years probation.

 

Gail L. Davis, born 1958, charged with illegal use of a controlled substance January 24 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $204.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Edward L. Williams, born 1970, charged with driving without privileges February 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $122.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Gary M. Mohar, born 1961, charged with driving under the influence, second offense, February 3 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 50 days suspended, one year drivers license suspension, $792.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

11:57 a.m.: A person was reported missing from 34 Krogseth Way.

3:06 p.m.: A theft was reported at Super 1 Foods.

11:01 p.m.: A noise complaint was made at 7442 Wells Street.

 

February 10

6:30 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at 6472 Washington Street.

8:04 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at 12 Bent Twig Lane.

8:26 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 95 at Wagon Wheel Road.

9:23 a.m.: A traffic stop on Highway 95 at Camp Nine Road resulted in an arrest for DUI.

10:36 a.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported on Ranger Road.

1:26 p.m.: A person reported being threatened at 6498 Monroe Street.

1:46 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at the Kootenai River Inn.

3:51 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 95 near milepost 497.
