Christopher D. Wiedemeier, born 1996, charged with possession o tobacco by a minor October 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $147.50, $47.50 suspended, and six months probation.

 

Timothy Patrick Billingsley, born 1991, charged with no appropriate game tag November 20 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $200, $160 court costs and a one year hunting license suspension.

 

Cynthia A. Wagner, born 1962, charged with petit theft November 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $37.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jimmy H. Gorham Jr., born 1962, charged with operating without a trip permit December 9 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Darrel Dean Lange, born 1948, charged with DUI December 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $100 restitution, $207.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $7.50 fine, $100 restitution, $192.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Daniel L. Holloway, born 1991, charged with possession of paraphernalia December 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $2022.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Donald D. Pattee, born 1978, charged with petit theft January 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Ralph J. Voelker, born 1957, charged with exceeding allowable gross load January 23 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $54 and $155.50 court costs.

 

K.C. Wade McGahuey, born 1997, sentenced to delivery of a controlled substance, a felony, October 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 84 days suspended, $70 court costs and two years probation.

 

Marcus J. Maupin, born 1996, charged with two felony counts of burglary November 16 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, found guilty and sentenced to 180 days detention, 150 days suspended, $135.58 restitution, $70 court costs and two years probation.

5:37 p.m.: A burglary was reported at 133 Depot Road.

6:40 p.m.: A warrant arrest was made at 6453 Main Street on a charge of criminal contempt of court.

2:20 a.m.: A traffic stop at 6764 Main Street resulted in an arrest for driving without privileges.
