James R. Ackerman, 41, charged with lewd conduct with a minor child under age 16 January 23 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to aggravated assault, a felony, and sentenced to $375.50 court costs, $150 restitution, two to five years in prison, suspended, jurisdiction retained.

 

Irene F. Shayen, 55, charged with assault or battery on certain personnel, a felony, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department September 18, 2010, pled guilty and sentenced to $525.50 court costs, one to three years in prison, suspended, jurisdiction retained.

 

Donald R. Chapman, 49, charged with DUI September 25, 2010, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, 90-day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $1,032.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Melanie C. Maas, 22, charged with driving without privileges December 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to invalid drivers license, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $162.50 fine, $137.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Melissa A. Crum, 23, charged with driving without privileges January 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jose G. Luna, 40, charged with felony DUI January 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a $229.50 fine, $670.50 court costs, two to four years in prison, suspended, jurisdiction retained.

 

James L. Smith, 21, charged with hound hunting without a permit January 21 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $55 and $145 court costs.

 

Joshua Amador, 35, charged with failure to provide proof of insurance February 2 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Joshua C. Mutter, 19, charged with drivers license violation February 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, 4152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Edward D. Sexton, 41, charged with littering the roadway January 28 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $33.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Joseph W. Black, 28, charged with possession of paraphernalia February 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $12.50 fine, $100 restitution, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.
