There will be a memorial service for long-time
former resident, Beverly Coram, on Tuesday,
April 17, 2:30 p.m., at the St. Mary’s Episcopal
Church at 6850 Denver Street. Any community
member is invited to attend.
Beverly, 86, passed away peacefully in Spokane
on Good Friday, March 30, following several
months of illness. Beverly was a long time
employee of Boundary County School District
#101, a founding member of the Bonners Ferry
Community Orchestra, a member of the Bonners
Ferry PEO Chapter, and participated in the
United Methodist Church. In her retirement,
Beverly was a very active member of the St.
Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral in Spokane, an avid
knitter and gardener, and enjoyed reading
extensively on many subjects, especially
archeology, history, and religion.
When living in Bonners Ferry, Beverly was
married to Dr. Frank Coram, who had a family
medical practice in Bonners Ferry from 1958 to
1979. Together they had five children: Wendy,
Walter, Valerie, Tara, and Thad. Beverly and
Frank later divorced and both eventually
remarried. Dr. Coram passed away in 2015.
Beverly is survived by her five children, ten
grandchildren and one great-grandchild. |
