James Mark Farber, 60, went to be with our Lord
Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at his residence in
Delta Lake Resort with his parents and friends
by his side. A memorial service will be held at

Methodist Church in Edcouch, Texas.
He was born in Spokane April 29, 1957, to JoAnne
and James B. Farber. His family moved to Bonners
Ferry when he was five years old. There he
graduated from Bonners Ferry High School.
As a child Mark was a very curious one and liked
to find out how things worked. He worked for his
dad in an auto parts store and grew up with a
lot of mechanical knowledge. This led him to go
to truck driving school and got his CDL license.
He drove commercial trucks, logging trucks and
any big construction equipment and loved it. His
second love was animals. He rescued many dogs,
cats and birds
In 2009 he moved to Delta Lake Resort to live
close to his parents.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Brian
Douglas Farber, and his grandparents.
Mark is survived by sons James Farber and Brett
Farber, both of Idaho, and Brian Farber,
California, three grandchildren, his parents
JoAnne and James B. Farber, sister Jennifer
Manskey, numerous nieces and nephews, precious
friends Amy and Joe and Terry Leal, and his
dogs, Queenie and Teddy.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to
First United Methodist Church in Edcouch or
Kindred Hospice in Harlingen. |
