James R. Johnson, 75, died on Tuesday, June 20,
2017, at his home in the Yaak of natural causes.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m.
Saturday, July 8, at the Johnson Family
Cemetery.
He was born at Chicago on June 14, 1942, to Roy
and Pearl Johnson.
James moved to Big Fork, Montana, in 1967, and
worked for Westmont Tractor and the Libby Dam.
He owned Johnson Lumber in Bigfork and Kalispell
and Sealy Lake. He later founded CHLORRID
International, Inc.
Survivors include his children Jason Johnson,
Chattaroy, Washington, Doug Johnson, Post Falls,
and Laurie Johnson, Reardon, Washington,
grandchildren Cynthia, Kyle, Tiffany and Sydney;
and great grandchildren Kristen and Degone.
